CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - A Clifton home designed by acclaimed Cincinnati architect James McLaughlin recently hit the market.
Glen Terrace, located at 3540 Clifton Ave., was originally built for Sir Alfred Goshorn, a renowned businessman and first president of the Cincinnati Red Stockings. The residence, with more than 8,500 square feet of living space, was listed this month for $1.29 million.
The Julia Wesselkamper Group with Coldwell Banker Realty is listing the home. Julia Wesselkamper said the home’s history and unique Romanesque architecture make it truly special. Glen Terrace includes a marble spiral staircase that was salvaged from the library of a house designed by another architect, Frank Furness.
