Booth 13: Fran Collins
Fran is interested in illustrating the magic in the mundane. Inspired by the slowness of the natural world, they enjoy finding both the depth and the whimsy in the ordinary, the overlooked, and the everyday, through mediums that are equally as familiar. Whether line drawings, colorful paintings, and abstract mixed media, they explore themes of life and nature, contemplating the patterns that arise between seemingly disparate parts of experience. For Fran, making art is about finding the wholeness in experience.
Booth 14: Weird Whimsical Whittling
I began carving during Covid from You Tube videos. I love creating characters either a hint with a hint of innocence versus mischief in there expressions. I also carve look alike pets for fun or in memorial.
Booth 15: Thinking in Clay
Dora Anderson, a Cincinnati, OH based Ceramic Artist, whose hands create a tangible diary of ceramic art that emerges from her inner visions and imagination. Dora’s work explores atmospheric firing techniques which include Western raku, pit-fired pottery, wood firing, soda firing, and gas reduction firings. After creating wheel-thrown work on the potter’s wheel, Dora carves spiral and abstract designs on leather-hard clay. Spirals, garden inspiration, and sun imagery are core elements reflected in her designs. Texture is explored by carving and stamping into the clay surface, giving the viewer something to touch and feel as well as the visual into her creative insight. Her connectedness to spirals and the natural world reflects a personal introspection of life’s interconnectedness and curiosity with nature and the universe.
Sharing her journey with clay and other art techniques is essential for her because she believes everyone can find a voice working with clay as a medium. She shares her love of art with her community at Queen City Clay in hopes that she may help build an inclusive, diverse community for all to feel safe, welcomed and included.

Booth 17: Pineworkshop LLC
Pineworkshop LLC was officially formed in 2019. I picked up this as a hobby after spending years watching my grandfather design and produce wood carvings and fell in love with it. I started caving in 2010 after graduating with my BFA in Sculpture. My inspiration comes from all over the place but especially American and European folk art.
Booth 18: Tamara Tilburgs
Tamara Tilburgs is a Cincinnati based Dutch artist and scientist. She is an abstract painter and ceramicist. While she has painted most of her live, she started ceramics only in 2021. In both her painting and ceramics she enjoys experimenting with textures and colors to create organic surfaces and fluid shapes.
